www.ECOMMUNICS.org is a project of ECOMMUNICS® research association - a group of young people that consists of economists and computer scientists. The project is converted by own management and without any investors.

The idea of ECOMMUNICS® came about because the Internet is the ideal medium to distribute knowledge. In addition, we think that the communication among scientists is a central element of efficient research. ECOMMUNICS® has also observed that there are an unlimited amount of economic publications on servers scattered all over the world; however, there is no efficient possibility in searching for these publications.

The ECOMMUNICS® research association oversees the entire project, and consists of all willing committers on ECOMMUNICS® and its subprojects. Its main concerns are community health, fostering the ECOMMUNICS® brand, and making sure all legal requirements are met when people contribute.
